Business controllers: focused on the needs of the various company departments, they provide information on financial, customer or product profitability aspects.
- Manage cost accounts for profit centers - Prepare medium-term plans and budgets - Collect and centralize information to provide a complete picture of the structure - Draw up financial files on various projects relating to group business (branch opening, etc.) - monitors Key Performance Indicator (KPI), suggest actions and follow actions plans - organize benchmarking on all levels
