Tinton Falls, NJ, March 12, 2009 - Cooper Electric Supply Company, a subsidiary of Sonepar USA and leading provider of electrical supplies serving New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, is once again bringing value-added services to its loyal customer base with the introduction of Cooper Electric Online – an online ordering system and product information tool allowing customers to place orders 24 hours / 7 days a week.
Online ordering has become an integral part of the electrical supplies business, and Cooper believes its importance will only continue to increase in the future. The new online tool provides customers with a more comprehensive and streamlined way of getting product information and ordering products at their convenience. Modeled after other well-known online ordering systems on the market, customers will be able to gather product information, view real-time pricing and availability, access account information 24/7, track the stage of orders, and most importantly, order their products online.
